Cooling fans are supplied in each bedroom free of charge. Additional fans can be supplied at a charge of EUR ------. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Pay per Use Metered Air Conditioner (for both cooling and heating). Additional portable air conditioner can be provided for EUR 10/day. In winter a portable gas heater can be supplied for EUR 15 per gas cylinder used. A gas cylinder usually lasts around 7 days, depending on usage. An electric heater may be provided for EUR 5/day.

Mellieha is one of the northernmost villages of main island Malta, which sits on top of a hill, overlooking the 'tail end' of Malta and Malta’s largest sandy beach Mellieha Bay. The village has a lovely character and picturesque scenes. The town centre boasts of its fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. Mellieha's main festive season occurs in the first two weeks of September and reaches its climax on the 8th September. During these days various cultural manifestations are held, such as musical concerts, fireworks, folk singing, art exhibitions and the traditional religious procession. The town's people, are renowned for their laborious nature, and their friendliness and hospitality. The village is a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Cirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferries to Gozo and Comino. The Neighbourhood is a prime residential area hosting several private villas. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and of a relaxed theme. A walk around the area will expose some spectacular views across the hilltops of mellieha and surrounding seaside.. A short walk up the road from the property location leads to shops,restaurants cafes and all amenities or attractions offered in this locality which include a large sandy beach.
