An enjoyable and spacious holiday rental property in Malta . Its a 3 bedroom apartment with access to sharing pool between only three apartments that forms part of a private holiday villa property in St Maria Estate, Mellieha. The apartment accommodates 2 to 8 persons and is in an excellent residential location. The apartment is ideally located on the first floor of the property and has a very large terrace to enjoy. The apartment has a good size kitchen/dining area that leads on to a separate living area and hallway, and is complemented with 3 double bedrooms, two of which lead on to their own terraces also overlooking the estate, For your convenience there are also two bathrooms available at this apartment unit. WIFI internet is also available at the property from within the building. The swimming pool area is spacious and is equipped with sun loungers for all guests staying at this property. Early bookings are highly recommended due to high demand. A bus stop and all amenities are just a short walk away from the property. Owners of this property are friendly reliable and have been renting this property to guests for several years. Highly recommended place to stay. Heated Indoor Pool is available from January to 27 April and is available at an extra small charge. Booking from January to 29 March arrival dates are flexible.
