A most enjoyable and spacious holiday rental property in Malta . Its a 3 bedroom apartment with access to sharing pool between only three apartments that forms part of a private holiday villa property in St Maria Estate, Mellieha. The apartment accommodates 2 to 8 persons and is in an excellent residential location. The apartment is ideally located on the first floor of the property and has a very large terrace to enjoy. The apartment has a good size kitchen/dining area that leads on to a separate living area and hallway, and is complemented with 3 double bedrooms, two of which lead on to their own terraces also overlooking the estate, For your convenience there are also two bathrooms available at this apartment unit. WIFI internet is also available at the property from within the building. The swimming pool area is spacious and is equipped with sun loungers for all guests staying at this property. Early bookings are highly recommended due to high demand. A bus stop and all amenities are just a short walk away from the property. Owners of this property are friendly reliable and have been renting this property to guests for several years. Highly recommended place to stay. Heated Indoor Pool is available from January to 27 April and is included in the price. Booking from January to 29 March arrival dates are flexible. Air conditioning in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival. A 10 euros card will probably last 1 week if used only at night. Standing Fans are provided in every bedroom. Indoor Heated Indoor Pool is available at an extra charge in the winter.

Get around by a short walk to supermarket or city center just up the road. A bus stop is also nearby and you can also book on demand taxis wherever you are. You will find some fantastic views down towards the beach area from the city center and other points of view where you will also fond a good number of restaurants to enjoy by the seaside .
