A highly recommended place to stay in Malta; two bedroom apartment offering self catering accommodation and shares a large swimming pool and sun deck. The property forms part of a large private holiday villa located in a highly sought after residential estate area of Mellieha known as St Maria Estate. This apartment unit is on the first floor. Having its own private entrance and leads on to a patio that is overlooking the swimming pool area and sun deck. The apartment has a combined kitchen and living area. There are two double size bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, however another put up bed may accommodate the 5th person. There is a full size bathroom with bath and shower. The spacious terrace enjoys lovely valley views of the estate. The property is available for renting at anytime of the year subject to availability. Heated Indoor Pool is available from January to March for an extra small charge/ Bookings in advance are recommended.

Air conditioning in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival. A 10 euros card will probably last 1 week if used only at night.
Standing Fans are provided in every bedroom and they are Free of Charge.
Indoor Heated Indoor Pool is available in the winter at an extra charge.
Hair dryer available in every bedroom.
Unlimited Free Wifi.
A self catering food starter pack is provided free of charge for when you arrive.
Extra persons over 4 are supplied with folding beds.
Village Neighborhood
This holiday villa property is located in the hilltop village of Mellieha and in a secluded and highly sought after real estate area which enjoys one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The main and old town centre boasts of its local culture, historic sites, fine selection of restaurants, traditional shops and sandy beaches. Mellieha is an excellent place to stay and spend your holidays in Malta. Here there's lots to enjoy the local way of life which is very Mediterranean in every sense of the word. From here one can also take a short bus ride or drive over to other attractions in the area from under 15 minutes or so. Buses to the area are relatively frequent and several bus stops are available in the area to make getting around on a cheaper budget much easier these days. Having a car is ideal but not entirely necessary. There are a good selection of other picturesque sandy beaches like Ghajn Tuffieha and Golden sands that are also just a short drive away. Getting to Valletta the capital city, or to areas like St Pauls Bay and/or St Julians is just about 15 to 30 minutes by bus or by car.
Parking & Bus Stops
From the villa , you can simply walk up the road for all amenities or necessities you may need during your stay. Further in towards the center you will find restaurants cafes and historic attractions as well as enjoy some spectacular panoramic views down over the bay of Mellieha which is nearby . Although having a car is not necessary , you may find it useful for getting around to places at a faster pace. Buses also pass frequently from the main street and can venture down towards the beach and the ferry terminal for a quick visit to Gozo, or towards the other side to visit Valletta and other places of interest. In Malta there is lots to enjoy whether you wish to take it easy and relaxed, or actively enjoying the local nightlife or historic attractions. From near the ferry terminal you may also pick up a boat trip or day cruise to the blue lagoon
