This lovely brand new penthouse apartment has a very large outside terrace with Bbq and enchanting sea views. It is located right in front of the sea and promenade in St Paul's Bay.
There is also free Wifi internet in the apartment.
Apartment has two large terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay and is ideal to sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. Please refer to the attached images to see the magnificent view there is from this terrace which is furnished with garden furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds) and also a gas Bbq set.
The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces Southeast. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. On this second terrace there is a washing machine.
This penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. This top floor penthouse apartment is served with an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the combined sitting dining there is internet Tv with many international channels. Apartment is fully air conditioned.

Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 100kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
Village Neighborhood
St Paul's Bay and its neighbours Bugibba and Qawra are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. They offer accommodation ranging from self-catering apartments to hotel complexes and a variety of nightlife and leisure options. The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle St Paul is said to have been wrecked. Here you will find all you need for a holiday on Malta , from Restaurants and bars, to several places to swim or enjoy the Maltese Mediterranean sunshine. Most establishments all accept credit cards but having some small spare cash on hand is always good in case its needed. Buses pass from this area frequently and you can also make use of some book now taxi services similar to what you may be used to with uber in other parts of the world.
Parking & Bus Stops
A bus stop is conveniently right opposite the building. From here you can also take a bus to one of Malta's largest beaches at Golden Sands and is only aprox 10 minutes away. Having a car rental is not entirely necessary unless you want to get around a little faster and at you own pace. If you rent a car you may use the nearby free parking bays near the apartment building Other indications - Airport - 20 to 30 minutes drive, Cirkewwa -Gozo Channel Ferry Port - 1o minutes drive, Golden Sands Beach - 5 to 10 minutes by bus, Bugibba - 15 minutes walk, Qawra - 20 minutes walk, Valletta - 30 minutes by Bus/ Taxi/Car , Sliema St Julians - 30 minutes by car.
