This beautiful semi detached holiday villa was recently constructed and finished to very high standards and is situated on the outskirts of Zejtun. The ground floor consists of a very spacious sitting/living room and a large kitchen/dining area overlooking the pool and deck area. The pool has an area of 50sqm and the pool area enjoys spectacular unobstructed country views where one can enjoy memorable sunsets. Free parking is provided in the spacious front garden that leads to the villa. The first floor consists of 5 double/twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is one more guest bathroom. The living room enjoys a flat screen TV with cable channels and a billiard table, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with pool views. This air-conditioned villa also offers free WiFi.

Village Neighborhood

The location is another asset to consider when renting the villa as it is close Marsascala and Marsaxlokk. Marsascala is a quaint seaside village ideal for morning jogs or swimming in the crystal-clear water. Whilst, Marsaxlokk is a typical fishing village, here one can find very good fishing restaurants and an open market is open every Sunday where one can buy fresh fish and vegetables, Maltese hand made lace and other typical Maltese souvenirs. A great location in the south of Malta.
