This apartment is in a very quiet area in the North of Malta, St Paul's Bay, one of the main northern tourist areas. The best beaches are found just a few minutes away (Golden Bay, Mellieha beaches, Blue Lagoon). It is ideal for romantic, relaxing and family holidays. The terrace measures approximately 1.5 m x 6 m and is equipped with gas BBQ and garden furniture. The internal area is about 80sqm. 1st floor no lift, 20 steps at the entrance; fully equipped, furnished and also fully air-conditioned; 2 double bedrooms with space for extra beds; the sitting room can become a 3rd bedroom since it has its own lockable door and has 1 extra bed (so sleeps in the apartment are from 2 to 7 persons); bathroom; shower room; the apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing.

Services Payable Seperately
Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €------ per cubic meter for Water and €------ per kWh of Electricity.
Village Neighborhood
Xemxjia and St Paul's bay are popular tourists areas of the north. Daily cruise excursions are abundant in the northern part of the Island, whilst the most popular sandy beaches are a few minutes drive away. Xemxija and St Paul's Bay are also pretty close to departure points for the islands of Gozo and Comino. The main town of St Pauls Ba, know locally as San Pawl Il Bahar and its other neighbours Bugibba and Qawra together are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. They offer accommodation ranging from selfcatering apartments to hotel complexes and a variety of nightlife and leisure options. The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle St Paul is said to have been wrecked. Standing prominently on the isle is a large statue of the Apostle St Paul commemorating this legendary event. The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and easy walk from Xemxija to St Pauls Bay all the way to Qawra Point, with its tower and views over Salina Bay.
