A lovely luxury villa equipped with all the necessary facilities for a wonderful holiday in Malta. This villa enjoys a large heated pool with jacuzzi, and a separate children's pool. Large deck area with BBQ, gazebo, sun loungers, shaded area with comfortable seating, children's play area with swings, slide, seesaws, etc. A five hole crazy golf keeps young and old busy, and an outdoor Finnish sauna is the ideal way to relax. A hot tub located in a glass enclosed room adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen makes it ideal even for the winter months. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite dressing room, en suite walk in shower room, terrace with nice views, and is also fully air conditioned. The three other bedrooms, all with en-suite shower room, also air conditioned can be set as double, twin, triple, or even with four single beds each. A large lounge with log fireplace, and a comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and living room also with a very comfortable sofa bed. The games room has a small fitness area, a full size snooker table, a pool table, table tennis, an air hockey table, and a table soccer, plus shower room and toilets. A fantastic property situated in Ibrag minutes away from St Julians. The Pool is heatedon request from November to May at an extra daily cost.

The villa is situated in a sought after residential area of St Julians. In the center of St Julians, you will find an endless list of budget to high quality international restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, water sport activities, scuba diving centres, casinos, cinemas and much more. In St Georges bay there is a sandy beach which is very popular amongst young tourists duing the summer months. The property is in a residential area , also close to all amenities and attractions also within walking distance through town. You will find a large supermarket nearby for all you need to shop, bank, ATM coffee shop , restaurants and much more .

Getting to Sliema and Valletta is easy even if you have not rented a car as numerous buses run this route on a daily basis.
