This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Pauls Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting! It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The apartment is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouse, and 2-bedroom flats), served with lift, that enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. The apartment is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. It has two bedrooms, a shower and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery, and dishes. In the living room, there is a nice sofa. In the apartment, you will also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are fans in all the rooms. Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. All doors and windows have screens to keep out insects, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries. Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 150kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.

The location of this apartment block is in St Pauls Street (Triq San Pawl). St Paul's Bay and its neighbours Bugibba and Qawra are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle St Paul is said to have been wrecked. The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and an easy walk from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra Point, with its tower and views over Salina Bay.

The apartment is relatively close to all amenities, restaurants and other attractions by walk. From the nearby bus stop on the promenade you can board any bus to the main northern beaches, to Valletta, Mdina, St Julians, Sliema, the Malta International Airport or to the Gozo ferry terminal.
