This 5 bedroom holiday villa is extremely spacious and offers accommodation for a family holiday or group of friends in an excellent location, in a peaceful residential area just a short distance from the highly sought after historic city of Mdina. The villa has its own private driveway for parking including a garage, the 1st floor consists of a living area with a 50 inch TV, One double bedroom with a baby cot, a family bathroom with a large bathroom with shower, kitchen and a dining area which leads straight onto the pool deck. There are another 4 bedrooms upstairs, one of the bedrooms enjoys a double bed with an en suite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and the 4th bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Another large bathroom with a bath tub is also available on the upper floor. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs, a parasol, a dining table and a full size BBQ. 2 highchairs are also available at the property for those families with young children. The areas of Mdina, Rabat and Tal Virtu are relatively central and an ideal place to stay being in close proximity to several locations on the island of Malta. In less than 20 minutes you will get to a beach, cafe, restaurant, entertainment areas or historic attractions. Mdina was the old capital of Malta since the time of the Knights of St John and was occupied by the nobility at the time. The area is peaceful, attractive and most enjoyable at any time of the year. Malta has a mild climate and best periods to visit Malta for your holidays are from March to October.
Parking & Bus Stops
The location of the villa is just a short walk to a bus stop, however having a car is a plus and advantageous to enjoy the Maltese Islands. A mini supermarket is about 3 minutes walk away for all shopping needs during your stay.
