A beautifully designed penthouse apartment in Xaghra, just above the valley leading towards Gozo's most popular beach of Ramla bay. Upon entrance to the apartment you will find a large and welcoming hall with a convertible conservatory which converts itself to an open space or a 2nd bedroom with 1 or 2 single beds, or a sofa (depending on the number of persons booked) and its own little terrace. The corridor leads to the spare bathroom with shower and the main bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Further down the corridor you are greeted by a large kitchen/living/dining area with a sofa bed, TV, multimedia soundbar and large terrace with partial views over the valley and Ramla bay. This lovely apartment enjoys parquet flooring throughout, lift access, dishwasher and washing machine.

Village Neighborhood
The village of Xaghra is poised on a high plateau. It consists of the residential area that radiates around the Church square of Xaghra , which is a very typical setting found in most hamlets of Gozo. Xaghra is relatively close to Ramla Bay, a beautiful fine red sandy beach as well as other attractions like Calypso's cave and Ggantija Stone Temples which are only a short distance away from the village centre. The locals take pride in their land, work hard for their village, their Church and their festas. The village has most necessities for groceries and amenities you may need during your stay. If in doubt always ask, the people are very friendly and always ready to help or direct you if you need. The popular sandy beach of Ramla is only 10 minutes away by car, and is the largest beach on Gozo, famous for its red sand. Historic attractions are also within very close proximity , like Ggantija Temples, one of the worlds oldest free standing man made temples, and Calypos Cave.

Bus Stop 30 seconds away from the apartment block. Free on street parking.
Infants and children under the age of 7 not allowed. Check in after 2pm unless there are no back to back bookings. - Preferably no shoes in the house. - When booking for 1 or 2 persons, the double bed will be prepared. - When booking for 3 or 4 persons, the double bed and a double sofa bed will be prepared. - If separate bedding for 2 persons is required we must be pre-advised before booking and an additional fee of EUR 7 per night applies. - Please note that adding additional guests after you have booked or inviting other guests to the property without being authorized to do so will be subject to early termination of your stay or additional fees, which are charged per person/per night (or part thereof) and vary depending on season.
