Stunning 7 bedroom villa available for holiday rentals in Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha, Malta on a self catering basis. This holiday villa is made up of 3 individual apartments with a large pool area. The property offers a modern level of accommodation in Malta with fantastic sea views, large swimming pool, sun deck, BBQ and garden. The pool has a small splash pool for the children to enjoy, whilst the enormous sun deck has seating by the pool, with coffee tables enjoying sea views. Entrance to the villa is via the villa's sloped private driveway, so its not recommended for guest with mobility issues. Every apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with large sofas, TV, wifi access. One of the apartments has 3 bedrooms whilst the other two apartments have two bedrooms in each. In total there are 4 double beds and 6 single beds. Every unit has a full bathroom with a shower or bath. Airconditioning is installed and available as follows:- In the 3 bedroom apartment unit - main bedroom and another large airconditioning unit in the living area. In the middle 2 bedroom unit - main bedroom and another large airconditioning unit in the living area. In the other 2 bedroom unit - both bedrooms as well as the living area. NOTE that these 3 apartments form part of a villa estate set on 2 levels that is occupied on the upper floor level by the host and the 3 apartments will have use of the whole pool deck which are all situated on the lower pool deck level area.

Services Payable Seperately

Consumption of electricity - A pay as you go operated card meter is installed connected to electricity supply for top up as a pay as you go service. On average one can spend between 20 EUR and 40 EUR for between 4 to 7 days - it mostly depends on how much or how regularly you use the airconditioners over a 24 hour period.

Village Neighborhood

Mellieha is a hilltop village found in the northern side of malta. the town or village has 3 main sectors, the main village center , church square where you will find some shops, hotels , restaurants cafes, piazzas. then there is a kortin and santa maria estate area which is mainly a residential area for large villas and apartments that most overlook the bay of mellieha or st pauls islands. the third sector is down near the beach and nature reserve of Malta. mellieha has one of malta's larges beaches and called ghadira bay. or il bajja tal mellieha. mellieha is relatively close to mistra bay , xemxija and st pauls bay from one side and the north western side of the island where you will find other beach resorts like golden bay, riviera, ghajn tuffieha and some other bays. from mellieha you can also easilly visit gozo or comino island and the blue lagoon for the day by travelling to the gozo channel ferry service which should only take you around 10 to 15 minutes by car or by bus. the hilltops here offer some of the most exotic sea and country views that extend from most view points towards the church and down towards the magnificent mediterranean sea which surrounds the islands of Malta.
