A recently refurbished house of character/farmhouse, expertly designed and furnished to blend with the typical Gozitan architectural characteristics. Located on the outskirts of the peaceful village of Gharb. Enjoying 3 terraces, one of which enjoying views over the Ta Pinu basilica, Ta Gordan lighthouse and distant sea and countryside views. The farmhouse is ideal for families or groups of friends up to 8 persons, enjoying comfortable accommodation in four bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms and a spare bedroom with a double sofa bed. The main bedroom and reading room have terraces overlooking a large sunny pool. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher adjoining a lovely and spacious dining/living room which faces the pool deck and BBQ area. On the ground floor there is an extra shower room and washroom (with washing machine). Two separate entrances lead to a private six-car garage in the basement. All bedrooms have air conditioners on a per use system as well as fans which are provided free of charge. The bedrooms/sleeping arrangements are as follows:- Bedroom 1 - 2nd floor - 2 single beds, Bedroom 2 - 1st floor- 1 double bed, Bedroom 3 -1 st floor - 2 single beds, Bedroom 4 - ground floor - 2 single beds There is an additional spare bathroom with a shower on the ground floor near the kitchen room. a supermarket and pharmacy are only a short walking distance away. Note that there is a flight of 12 steps going up to the entrance of the farmhouse. 4 Sunbeds are available on the pool deck.
Services Payable Seperately
Air conditioning units are available in all bedrooms with an electronic coin pay as you go system with EUR 1 & EUR 2 coins. On average each AC unit consumes around EUR 2 per night. In the case of guests with pets, only two small dogs are allowed at the property at an extra fee of EUR 40 per pet which is payable upon arrival and seperately from the rental
Parking & Bus Stops
Gozo is an island steeped in history, Gharb is close to the Ta Pinu basillica which is a place of worship visited by locals and foreigners dedicated to our lady of Ta Pinu. Dwejra, another fantastic site is only 5 minutes away by car where once stood the Azure window and bathe in the clear blue water of Gozo. The island of Gozo is very tranquil, greener and more laid back then the sister island of Malta and guests who visit Gozo for their holidays tend to return year after year.
Only 2 small dogs are allowed however they are strictly not permitted in the pool.
