Top floor modernly furnished penthouse apartment very close to the sea front, served with a lift, 4 bedrooms, double and twin available with wifi internet facility, 3 air conditioning units, fully equipped modern kitchen, living and dining area, large 140 sq meter terrace with views of the sea and country side, equipped with a Jacuzzi pool, BBQ and external dining table, bathrooms with shower or bath. The apartment is located in the seaside village of Marsaxlokk and just 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, market stalls, restaurants, cafes and other amenities. Also nearby is St Peter's pool and several other beautiful seaside areas of this part of the island. The apartment accommodates up to 9 persons with the 9th person using a put up bed.

Village Neighborhood
The penthouse is located in Marsaxlokk Malta around 30 minutes away by walk from St. Peter's pool. Saint Peters pool can also be reached by a catching a local boat service from the promenade. There are several stunning peaceful and relaxing beaches. Marsaxlokk also hosts a regular market by the sea which is very popular on sundays . Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from with some of the best prices on the island , most especially for Mediterranean fish cuisine. The Town of Marsaxlokk is about 6km away from te Malta International Airport.
You can get here in about 10 minutes by car or taxi service from the airport. From here there are also various bus routes leading to Marsaxlokk from other main locations. The Penthouse apartment is located few minutes walk away from all amenities including surrounding promenade, boat trips,Bank ATM, local restaurants, cafes, bars and convenience store. The popular Sunday market is just round the corner and the property is 2 minutes away by walk from the beach. Closest coves in Marsaxlokk are just few minutes away by walk.

Public transport These major routes can get you to Marsaxlokk by bus: From the airport: Route 119 is the only direct route (and therefore easiest option). This also passes from the airport every hour rom 6am until 7pm (last bus). From ------: Routes 81 or ------ mins). From Sliema and St. Julian’s: Take routes 15 or 21 (Sliema) or 13 (St Julian’s, also Sliema) to ------, then hop on the 81 or 85 (around 1h 15 mins total travel time). From Buġibba, Qawra and St. Paul’s Bay: Easiest route is 48, taking you to Floriana (outskirts of ------ – ask the bus driver) or 49 (to ------), then take the 81 or 85 to Marsaxlokk (1h 30m).
