This holiday villa combines elements typical of the rustic style of Malta with a touch of modern features such as stone walls. Upon entrance, one will find a huge living area, a bathroom, a combined kitchen/dining area overlooking the lovely pool area. Outside includes a beautiful terrace full of natural shade, a pool with sun loungers, a charcoal BBQ, a dining table and a well kept garden. All bedrooms are located on the first and second floors all having en-suite bathrooms. From the upper floor, one will enjoy amazing views. Nearby are the villages of Marsascala and Marsaxlokk all of which boast several restaurants and beaches. A bus stop is located a few meters away which makes it quite accessible to travel around if one does not have a car. Free WiFi in all rooms.

Guests who book the villa for short or long stays make use of the whole property including the private pool . Rent for 3 nights or more subject to availability

Village Neighborhood
The location of the property is in a typical rural country style area on the outskirts of town. The Villa is located in a peaceful area in between the areas of Marsascala and Marsaxlokk, theoretically on the outskirts of Zejtun, a typical , old beautiful village in the south side of Malta. Zejtun is located next to the famous fishing village Marsaxlokk and Marsascala where the beautiful St. Thomas Bay is. Delimara bay and the famous spot of St. Peter's pool can be easily reached by a 5 minute drive away.

The nearest bus stop is a few meters walk away.
Restaurants and Seaside - From here you can walk to St Thomas Bay area within about 19 to 20 minutes or 7 minutes by car ( Bus 8 minutes )
Airport - 9 minutes by Car or Taxi ( 40 mins by Bus due to other routes )
Valletta - 18 minutes by car/ 30 mins by bus
Most of all other areas around the island are reachable in less than 45 minutes by car
The Villa hosts 10 to 12 persons with use of extra folding beds. Only persons booked at the villa are allowed to stay No parties or events , No parties/disco.
