The villa entrance hall will instantly make you feel you have entered a special place. The hallway leads you on to an enormous elite vintage sitting living area and dining room complete with fireplace. There are several sections of the house that lead to the pool deck including from the floor upstairs . There is also a second more casual living room that leads to the kitchen area which is modernly equipped for self catering accommodation and interconnects with a central courtyard.
Private or Shared Spaces
Guests who book this house for short or long stays will have access to the whole house and private swimming pool. Accommodation in this prime villa in Malta can sleep a maximum of 12 persons but currently being accepted and recommended for 9 persons
Host Tips & Availability
House and family staff are available to attend to you during your stay can also get to arrange a cook for you at an extra charge but must be ordered in advance as a separate item to the holiday home rental.

Village Neighborhood
This is a typical pure style type of local village with friendly locals and neighbours. The settingis peacefull and tranquil. There are several places to enjoy such as the local village band clubs. In the summer you will enjoy some amazing local festas celebrated in true Maltese style. The town is highlighted by its Parish Church square which radiates in all directions with pretty old streets and houses resided by locals and foreigners alike. You get a mix of everything here and can easily travel to ------ or Sliema in about 30 minutes drive. In the vicinity you may also enjoy some super spectacular landscapes at Wied Iz-Zurrieq and the Blue Grotto where you can also take up a most enjoyable boat trip, swim or try out a Scuba Diving Experience. For entertainment, heading towards st Julians or Sliema is just a 15 to 20 minute drive. There are several beaches to choose from, whether you like rocky beaches or sandy beaches with the closest being near the Blue Grotto.
Parking & Bus Stops
The Zurrieq village church square is within walking distance where most amenities are available. The village is a tranquil, laid back and typical authentic local village. The nearest bus stop is within walking distance to the property. For Parking you may park the car in the free white residential parking basy which are on a 1st come first serve basis just a short walk down or up the road. Another place to park is the Church square where you are still within a short walking distance to the house.
Please turn of lights and Air conditioning when not home or when any rooms are not in use. Kindly keep the place clean and tidy for your enjoyment and safety and to facilitate changeover for next guests
