A typical Gozitan farmhouse enjoying local architectural designs with arched ceilings on the ground floor and lovely stonework and floor tiling throughout the farmhouse. The property has its pool located in the inner courtyard at the entrance through which guests enter into a combined living and dining area. One bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, whilst the other bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms are located on the second floor and are accessed through an original stone staircase. This property is well equipped and furnished for self catering holidays in Gozo and is situated close to the Xaghra village square. ASK US FOR OUR SPECIAL RATES FOR 5-6 PERSONS

Services Payable Seperately
Air Conditioners are operated by individually controlled coin meters. All guests arriving between 3pm & 9pm should call the caretaker when on the ferry. Guests arriving after 9pm will have a 4 digit code to access the property key together with directions. If assistance is required to check in after 9pm a fee of EUR 50 will be imposed and is payable direct to the caretaker on site.
Village Neighborhood
Xaghra (pronounced: shara) is built on a hill to the central north-east of the island of Gozo. It is situated roughly 4 Km away from the capital of Victoria. Xaghra was one of the earliest inhabited areas of Gozo and is probably the most inhabited village in Gozo today. The huge and ornately embellished baroque church of our Lady of Victories forms the focal point of this sprawling hilltop village. This village enjoys a laid back type of lifestyle and a beautiful beach minutes away from the village core are the main attractions of Xaghra. The village of Xaghra is situated on a high limestone plateau. Xaghra is also home to unique prehistoric temples, which are the oldest standing structures in the world, and together with the burial grounds found close by, are a magnet for historians and archaeologists from all over the world. The property is situated within a short distance to the island’s main summer resort of Marsalforn, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds. Xaghra overlooks the popular beach of Ramla bay.

The Closest bus stop, restaurant and supermarket are roughly half a km from the farmhouse.
Not suitable for stag or/ and hens parties.
Guests agree to maintain a reasonable level of noise at all times of the day and night, so as not to disturb or disrupt neighbours.
