Equipped with open plan living dining and kitchen area. The apartment unit is on the lower floor level of this private villa estate and accessible via private entrance, and stairs. The whole property has a very modern appeal to it, yet blends perfectly with the wonderful mediterranean surroundings of this prime residential area. On entrance you have a wide spacious hallway that leads straight on to the living area which is furnished with sofas, a large LCD TV connected with cable for local and international tv stations. The living area is surrounded on every side with 3 bedrooms and a full modern bathroom. From the dining area you have a private courtyard with external dining table, BBQ and this also leads to another room equipped with a tennis table. The swimming pool is on a higher level of the property and accessed via the main entrance by stairs leading to the apartment as well as other parts of this enormous property. The swimming pool area has a large sun deck, equipped with sun loungers and external sofa furnishing where you can sit and enjoy the sea views as well as the surrounding countryside. The pool has a shallow jacuzzi splash pool area which compliments the sun terrace area which also hosts a larger external dining area and another BBQ. The whole villa property shares this swimming pool area with just 2 other apartment units when occupied. If one would wanst to book all 3 units, this is possible by contacting us. Persons with mobility problems may find use of the stairs to and from the pool area to the apartment level taxing and should consult with us directly if required.

Village Neighborhood
Mellieha is located on the Northern side of the Island and consists of 3 main sectors , the residential Santa Maria Estate , the Town center ( older part ) and church Square and the beach area. It is set on a hilltop that extends down to the beach sector called "Ghadira bay" or "mellieha bay" Its a relatively picturesque, a typically pretty place to visit especially for those seeking a vacation or holiday break on Malta.
Parking & Bus Stops
A bus stop is about 7 minutes walk away from this property. Having a car is convenient but not entirely necessary. You can walk up the road to the town center for restaurants and shops, bellevederes and some historic attractions. The beach is down past the main town square past the Church area where you will see the beach area from its view points. You may want to hop on or hop off a bus or drive your way over in about 5 minutes. The main beach is Ghadira Bay which also hosts a nature reserve but there are others like ghajn tuffieha and riviera beach you may want to go spend a sunny day over for a change of scene and enjoyment . From Mellieha you can also easilly go to the furthermost point of Malta to get on to the Gozo ferry for a day . Valletta and St Julians are about a 30 to 40 minute drive away. Staying here is an ideal part of the island making it relatively easy to visit Gozo, Comino and the blue lagoon by driving to the gozo channel ferry service i cirkewwa which should only take around 10 minutes drive. Traveling westward is also easy and just a short drive towards the bays of golden sands, ghajn tuffieha and gnejna bay for a great selection of sandy beaches. Also near to Mellieha is St Pauls bay, Bugibba and Qawra villages for further entertainment, casinos, restaurants, water sports, and more. Travel time from and to Mellieha from the airport is approximately 40 to 45 minutes drive. Best times of the year to visit Malta are between April and October but you will find cheaper offers for times in between november and march which also offer excellent weather conditions. The weather in November and December has been excellent in these last few years and although it can rain, the sun always seems to shine again just after a day or two or even on the rainy day itself. malta overall has a fine weather conditions for most of the year. the maltese lifestyle and culture and cuisine can be assimilated to what you will find in Sicily, Majorca or Greece but has its own little differences and personality. The Maltese people are friendly and overall safety records indicate that malta is one of the safest places in the world to travel to.
