A lovely five bedoom villa in St Maria Estate, Mellieha available for rent, in an excellent area with an enormous swimming pool. Ideal for family holidays or group of friends seeking a getaway holiday home on the beautiful islands on Malta. Furnished with two double bedrooms and three other twin bedrooms for up to ten persons, whilst three folding put/up beds are arranged for bringing the maximum occupancy to 13 persons. The kitchen and living areas, lead on to a large spacious swimming pool deck equipped with sun loungers, BBQ and garden furniture by the pool area.

Village Neighborhood
The villa estate is located in Santa Maria estate mellieha where you will find it to be pleasant and tranquil all year round. The area mostly hosts privately owned Villas with their own respective land. Further up towards the main street of Mellieha and the town center you will find all amenities including convenience stores / banks/ atm , cafes , restaurants and more. The beach is about 8 minutes away depending on which route you take for the shortest time. A bus stop is about 8 minutes walk from the property location. Other distances From the villa location :

Any extra guests not part of booking the reservation are not allowed to use the property without written permission or authorization.
