A lovely holiday villa in Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, one of Malta's most exclusive villa areas. Upon entrance to the villa you will be greeted by a welcoming large and spacious fully equipped kitchen, with all the ameneties neccessary for a self catering holiday in Malta. The living and dining area are located on the left of the villa and the bedrooms are located on the right side of the property. 4 of the bedrooms enjoy a double bed, whilst there is a 5th bedroom/area with 2 single beds which accommodates the 9th and 10th persons. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower cubicle, whilst there is another large bathroom with a bath to service the other bedrooms. A large terrace surrounds the villa and leads to the pool deck, which is equipped with a bbq, another shower room and beautiful sea and country views. Other amenities at the property include a washing machine, free WiFi and coin operated air-conditioning units. This is a lovely villa and booking in advance is highly recommended to secure availability.

The house is located in the highly saught after residential Santa Maria Estate . The largest norther town on the island of Malta is Mellieha , which consists of 3 main areas starting with old town center highlighted by the Church perched on high ground which has a commanding view of the whole area including the bay of mellieha - ; then theres the residential areas of Santa Maria Estate and Kordin, and the beach at the lower part. Its a great place to stay especially if you want a bit of the old, the new and the seaside.
