This holiday home consists of a kitchen, a separate living area with a fireplace. and two bedrooms, one double and 1 twin room, both with en suite bathrooms. The 5th and 6th persons will be accommodated on single folding beds. Upon entering this property one immediately finds a private pool with shower, sun deck, sun beds and a BBQ area for outdoor dining. The kitchen area is equipped with all the necessary appliances; oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker and all the other necessary utensils. While the living area is has a sofa, table, and T.V. There is a spare Guest WC /shower on that same floor.
On the 1st floor Upstairs one can find the washing machine on the floor landing followed by the two bedrooms. There is also a small sun terrace, that may be used for sunbathing or for dining outside.

Village Neighborhood
Santa Lucija is a quite Hamlet on Gozo island where you can enjoy some lovely country walks. It's just a short 5 minute drive to Rabat and the center of Gozo where you will find some historic attractions, restaurants and shops. For supermarket shopping we recommend Ta Dirjanu or Lidl stores. Gozo is a great laid back place to stay where you will discover its many secrets and relaxed way of Mediterranean life. Central Gozo consists of several small villages that surround the Victoria area which is the capital of Gozo. The localities of Santa Lucia, Ta Kercem, Fontana are all connected to each other and are surrounded by the Gozitan Cuuntryside. From here it is easy to get to Restaurants in Xlendi and or Victoria.

A Bus stop is situated 1 minute away from the property - kindly check schedules via transportmalta.
Dirjanu Supermarket is 5 minutes drive away.
Lidl Supermarket is 10 minutes drive away
Marsalforn Restaurants - 10 minutes drive
Xlendi Restaurants - 5 minutes drive
Nearest restaurant - try the Kercem Band Club/Kazin which is a 15 minute walk from the property.
