The apartment is furnished to the highest standard with Italian style furniture and finishing and is equipped with all modern ameneties inclluding air conditioning, flat screen TV and WIFI. The property also enjoys the use of a lift. All the bedrooms have airconditioning facilities and 2 of which have a bathroom ensuite with a walk in shower . The main bedroom also has a large terrace. Bedding arrangement is as follows, 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom, and 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom, The apartment is ideally located in a resicdential area just a few minutes walk to the beach, seaside resort at St Georges Bay where you will find restaurants by the sea, a bus stop, cafes an other entertainment including Scuba dive centers boat rides and much more. St Julians center and Paceville are also within easy walking proximity.

The area is a residential area of st Julians called swieqi. Convenience shops are within 3minutes walking distance and the Vegetable hawker usually parks opposite the block site. The beach and an area of entertainment is just straight down the road - 5 mins walk.
