A lovely Gozitan holiday home located in San Lawrenz enjoying splendid south facing views over the countryside towards the sea of Dwejra from the pool deck. This is a great place for group sizes of up to 6 persons to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Gozo. The property is over 200 years old but has been tastefully redecorated with all the modern facilities one would expect when renting a holiday villa. Original features include stone ceilings some of which are arched, others cantilevered and its internal yard with its outdoor staircase are a perfect example of the way farmhouses where constructed in the past. The first floor rooms serve as living areas and take full advantage of the spectacular unobstructed sunset view over Dwejra. With its terraces some large enough for al fresco dining, the house is perfect for those laid back holidays in Gozo. The master bedroom, at one corner of the house and with its own little private terrace, two double beds, and en-suite facilities is also at this level. The two other twin bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one en-suite and another bathroom with access from the internal courtyard. All rooms are air conditioned and daily use is included in the rental price. Booking well in advance of your holiday is recommended as this property is highly sought after.

Services Payable Seperately
All guests arriving between 3pm & 9pm should call the caretaker when on the ferry. Guests arriving after 9pm will have a 4 digit code to access the property key together with directions. If assistance is required to check in after 9pm a fee of EUR 50 will be imposed and is payable direct to the caretaker on site. Baby Cot x 1 free of charge, €5 per night for every additional cot. High Chair x 1 free of charge, €5 per night for every additional high chair. Extra Folding bed x 1 at €10 per night.
Village Neighborhood
The village of San Lawrenz is the closest village to Gharb and is next to the most popular historical points to visit in Gozo such as the Azure Window, which has sadly succumbed to the forces of nature in 2017, Fungus Rock and the inland sea, Dwejra Tower and Saint Ann Chapel and much more. Also in the village of San Lawrenz there is the crafts village with a number of shops of souvenirs offering pottery, glass, filigree, local stone, leather, candles, wrought iron, lace, woolen jumpers and cardigans for sale. Although a rather small village, in Saint Lawrence one will find all the everyday essentials such as mini markets, food shops, bars and restaurants. This picturesque village has succeeded in retaining its traditional, rural lifestyle despite the presence of a five star hotel (the Kempinski San Lawrenz) on its periphery.
Parking & Bus Stops
Although not entirely neccessary we do recommend that you rent a car during your holiday in Gozo as this will allow you to see most of the Island. We can provide you with car rentals on request.
