We ask everyone who registers as a member on holiday-malta.com for a few pieces of information before they book on holiday-malta.com. Guests need to have this information completed before they can submit a booking request or process an instant booking.
Requirements for guests prior to booking a holiday home or activity are:
Hosts won’t see guest’s real email addresses but wiill be provided with phone numbers. Hosts may communicate with guests directly via the messagings system within the holiday-malta.com platform. Hosts willl only see guests contact number once a booking has been confimed.

- Confirmed email address (compulsory)
- Confirmed phone number (compulsory)
- ID verification (for last minute bookers)
- Completed profile (optional)
