The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of this block of aprtments with a lift facility on level 1 (not ground floor). The property is bright and modernly furnished throughout. It enjoys an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a balcony having direct views over the picturesque Spinola bay. There are 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, en suite bathroom and the other bedroom with two single beds and another spare bathroom. The property has an LCD TV, DVD player, Wifi internet access. Ideal for a family of 2 to 4 persons. a 5th peson can sleep on a put up folding bed in the main bedroom. The location is in a highly sought after area directly opposite the promenade which extends itself to Sliema where one will find several places to dine out, bars, cafes and rocky beaches.

The location of the apartment property is on the coastroad and promenade between Spinola bay and Balluta Bay . St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts suitable for all ages whether you want to take your holiday easy or seek night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. The area is within walking distance to the center of St Julians , and Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long and overlooked by several cafes and restaurants enjoying direct views. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters. St Julians is a resort for all walks of life... The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casinos , restaurants and other entertainment including scuba diving centers.. . The resorts of SLiema and St Julians are Malta's main coastal upmarket resort towns and a heartland for shopping, cafe life. They are also key commercial and residential areas with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments.
