2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Sliema served with lift available for short stays or weekly holidays in Malta. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that leads on to a balcony/ terrace that overlooks the street. A lift is avaialable from the 1st floor , to all levels. A hallway leads to a common bathroom with bath, and 2 bedrooms at the back of the property. The main bedroom has a small double bed for 2 regular sized persons and a bathroom ensuite with shower, wc and washbasin. The other bedroom has a single bed that has an extendable extra bed that opens for a 4th person. The 5th person may make use of 1 single put up bed that can be arranged in the living area or other bedrooms. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building. Just around the corner from this block one will find its under 3 to 5 minutes to walk to the absolute center of Sliema Shopping area the seaside promenade facing valletta , easy access to buses, ATM, island cruise pick up points where you get the opportunity to view the islands of Malta and Gozo including Comino island. The apartment block is located just around the corner absolute center of sliema , the shopping center , Seafront facing Valletta, where you will find several cafes, shops, bars, island cruise boarding spots, the seaside promenade facing valletta and tigne. from here its relatively easy to get to Valletta, Gzira, Taxbiex yacht marina or St Julians by bus or by walk along the seaside. One will enjoy a large number of options on how to spend a holiday on Malta as there are several activities you can enjoy such as day trips around the island by sightseeing bus tours or by boat. You can also spend a day in nearby Sicily or Gozo island. Sliema is a wonderful seaside town that lies between Valletta and St Julians - an ideal place to enjoy some fantastic views along the promenade sheltered by several pretty bays.

SECURITY/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
A Refundable Security/Breakages deposit of EUR 150 payable to the Owner/Caretaker upon arrival.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION
Payable on arrival/check in. An environmental contribution of EUR 0.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
