This lovely new 3 bedroom apartment in Sliema is located just 230m from the seafront and beautiful promenade, that stretches from Gzira right up to St Julian's (the apartment is just in the middle of it). Sliema and its neighboring town St Julian's are the largest and most central touristic areas in Malta. The apartment is in a new building of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouses, 2 and 3-bedroom flats), served with lift. The brand new apartment is very bright and airy. Each room has a big window or a balcony door (or both). It has three bedrooms, a bright kitchen-dining-living area, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and another room with a sink and toilet (so there are two toilets in total). It is also fully equipped (including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots, pans, fans, iron, iron board, etc), furnished and also has air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms (cooling and heating A++/A+++). Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

The apartment block is located very close to the shopping center of sliema where you will find several cafes, shops, bars, island cruise boarding spots, the seaside promenade facing valletta and tigne. from here its relatively easy to get to Valletta, Gzira, Taxbiex yacht marina or St Julians by bus or by walk along the seaside. One will enjoy a large number of options on how to spend a holiday on Malta as there are several activities you can enjoy such as day trips around the island by sightseeing bus tours or by boat. You can also spend a day in nearby Sicily or Gozo island. Sliema is a wonderful seaside town that lies between Valletta and St Julians - an ideal place to enjoy some fantastic views along the promenade sheltered by several pretty bays.

SERVICES PAYABLE ON SITE
Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 200kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
SECURITY/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
A Refundable Security/Breakages Deposit of EUR 250 payable to Owner/Caretaker upon Arrival. For large groups with guests under the age of 25 an additional security deposit of EUR 50 per person may be requested at the Owner/Caretaker's discretion.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION
Payable on arrival/check in. An environmental contribution of EUR 0.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
