Description: The 4 bedroom holiday villa in Mellieha Malta can be an exceptional private holiday home for those seeking privacy and an all round self catering home away from home when on holiday in Malta. The location of the villa is in a residential part of Mellieha, known to host amongst the most beautiful villa estates in Malta. Also known as Santa Maria Estate and il-Qortin Ta Ghajn Zejtuna, which in the past was an exclusive part of Mellieha that was lived in by the English when Malta was under British rule in the 60`s. The Villa has its own private driveway for parking on 2 sides of the property. On entrance a spacious hallway leads to a large living area equipped with TV, adjacent is a large Kitchen dining room with seating for up to 8 persons. The Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering accommodation , having installed dishwasher, washing machine, Microwave Oven, Cooker with gas burner and electric stove.
The Kitchen ,lead through the hallway
leads to a terrace that directly overlooks the Swimming pool. Internally a
flight of steps will take you to the Private Swimming pool deck, which is of a
large surface area equipped with Stone BBQ , deck chairs , parasol and a small
childrens slide for added entertainment and splashing into the pool. The Pool
has a shallow end and a deep end and is of approximatelly 30 feet long by 15
feet wide. The pool deck has ample space for sunbathing and/ or enjoying the
Malta Sunshine, which is best between the months of April to October. However
long sunny days are also very possible in all other months of the year due to
Malta`s well known excellent mild weather conditions.
Self Catering Accommodation in Malta is a popular way of spending a holiday
and more popular with those who seek private Villa accommodation of this type.
The overall quality of the villa is high and of an excellent standard as it is
also lived in by the owners in other times of the year , except when rented to
travellers seeking villa holidays in Malta, or in
Mellieha.
Accommodation is for up to 8 persons.
There are 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. One of the
double bedrooms may also be arranged as 2 single beds if required. 3 of the
bedrooms have their own bathroom ensuite. 1 other common bathroom is accessible
for the 4th bedroom. The property is equipped with air conditioned units.
Mellieha is a popular place to stay, and
one can appreciate that from this part of the island you can also venture to
some of Malta's most beautiful sandy beaches, like the beautiful Golden Sands
Beach , Ghajn Tuffieha and Ghadira bay. Apart from many other hidden secret
places , Mellieha has a good selection of Restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
From Mellieha you can easily travel by car or by Bus to
St Pauls Bay,
Qawra and
Bugibba, or to
Cirkewwa for the Gozo Ferry in less than 10 minutes drive from the location of
the house.
Car hire is recommended however please use
our car hire
supplier as driving yourselves from the airport causes delays and
difficulties when delivering the Keys of the property on arrival. It is best to
have our car hire supplier to deliver the car to the Villa and have us
organise a transport
from the airport to the property on your arrival.(please
