Tranquil Semi Detached Villa located in the northern part of Malta in a tranquil and prestigious area. The private Villa is located in one of Malta's premier villa estates on the Island- in Mellieha. The location is ideal as you can practically enjoy most of what the islands have to offer- hopping over to Gozo in a snap is easy as you are only 10 minutes away beaches in the northern part of Malta are the most popular and have a good choice to select from. There is Ghadira beach, Ghajn tuffieha, Golden sands, Mistra bay, and more..not to mention the glorious blue lagoon on Comino (again getting to comino from mellieha is easy ..just go to Cirkewwa and catch the comino passnger ferry).You will find that the property has a lot to offer and can guarantee you will certainly feel at home ...ON HOLIDAY~on a sunny island with lots to discover and explore beautiful property perched high on a ridge at Santa Maria Estate overlooking wonderful open country and sea views .There are some beautiful sea views from the large terraces of this private property. There are 4 bedrooms, ( one is double and the others are Twin) 2 bathrooms one with shower, sitting and dining area. All rooms are spacious and airy. Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary utensils for self catering accommodation. A little garden surrounds this excellent property that is available for rental exclusively and only to holiday travelers willing to spend a week or two on the sunny island of Malta. Amenities are approximately within 5 to 10 minutes by car and approximately 20 minutes away by walk The nearest sandy beach is about 15 minutes away and car hire is recommended to get around more free.
We have installed an old TV now with Cable connection, although we always recommend our guests to forget about TV, relax and enjoy the island of Malta and Gozo as well as the Villa holiday!!
