Description:
Malta holiday villa with large garden, sun terrace and pool. Offers
holiday accommodation in malta for 8 persons, this villa offers large
entrance/reception hall, guests sitting room, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast
room, formal dining room, living/tv room, four bedrooms (three of which have
ensuite bathrooms), lovely outside terraces/barbeque area around the pool, and a
very large garden. Pool is available from March-November.

There is a washing machine available too, and a telephone (Easyline).
Parking is easy outside the property, but there is no garage.
Servicing, Services and Maintenance
For guests staying more than one week, extra linen and towels will be provided.
There is no maid service included, but if this is required this may be provided
at an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance is necessary, clients will be
advised prior to visit.
For all short stay clients, water/electricity/gas/air-con is included. This
covers reasonable usage, meter readings are taken prior to and after each
rental. Unreasonable usage, such as might be expected by leaving A/C units on
all the time during the stay, will be charged for.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 14:00 hours. Check out time is 12:00 noon.
