All bedrooms have their respective shower/bathroom, A/C (Air-conditioning) and telephone. The villa has digital cable TV, DVD player, high speed internet connection, telephone system, fax, safe, library and a fully equipped kitchen (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave etc). The balconies enable one to enjoy direct views of the swimming pool and directly towards the rising sun, and surrounding landscape of the residential area of Santa Maria estate which is part of Mellieha. Mellieha is an ideal place to stay offering one to enjoy a number of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Malta like Golden sands beach, Ghajn Tuffiea and others. The exterior part of the property is private with a barbecue area, dining table with parasol, deck chairs and other seating places . The 28X 18 foot pool with a an additional splash pool. There is also a private driveway for parking available.
