Description:
This modern holiday villa has all the requirements for a wonderfull villa holiday on the beautifull Mediterranean Island of Malta. It has the space, the comfort, the pool the peacefulness of the area, the views and yet is close to the sea and or a good selection of Sandy beaches in the northern part of Malta. Hopping over to Maltas sister island of Gozo is easy and only about 10 to 15 mins drive to the Gozo channel ferry Harbor in Cirkewwa.
The Villa has its own driveway for parking your rental car (recommended) , spacious entrance hall , flanked by 4 bedrooms on each side, one is a double bedroom, the other three are twin (i.e 2 single beds in each bedroom). There are two bathrooms , one of which has a bath and the other has a shower. Both bathrooms have a WC, and washbasin. Further up the hallway is the airy living room equipped with sofas, TV, cable TV and sliding doors leading to a terrace that will take you to the pool deck. On the other side is the Kitchen that is large enough to host the dining table. Kitchen is also equipped with all you should need to cater for yourselves. The Kitchen also has access to a terrace that goes half way around the house and again leads to the Pool deck. The Pool is approximately 30 feet X 16 feet. There's is a children's paddle pool section that is 0.25m deep. From the pool deck you can enjoy some lovely views of the landscaping leading to the sea. An underlying flatlet is also available when the requirement is to occupy 12 persons, as there is a bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

Bed Linen is provided on arrival. Linnen Changed weekly. Should you require more
cleaning you can use a laundry service in the village centre about 5 minutes
drive up the hill. If you want to bring your own please do so as you
prefer. Beach towels are not provided.

diving is a favorite with most travelers who visit Malta, whether you are an
expert or a beginner there are qualified diving Instructors who have a wide
range of escorted dives to offer. Scuba diving equipment can also be rented out
if you are an expert diver. Banks, Petrol station, restaurants, mini
markets and souvenir shops are all available towards the village centre.

Valletta City. A bus stop is about 10 minutes walk but car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island.
