well located private owners holiday villa with swimming pool is located in the
north part of Malta in the popular and tranquil Villa estate area of Santa
Maria. The property has 3 bedrooms traditionally furnished and equipped for self

bedroom is with a double bed with bathroom ensuite and airconditioned, 2 of the
other bedrooms have twin beds, offering accommodation for 2 to 6 persons
comfortably. The living area is equipped with Sofas , TV, DVD and Cable tv
connection. There is a dining area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining
room which leads to the living area. The kitchen is equipped with self catering
utensils, cooker oven, refrigerator. There is a total of 3 bathrooms either with
bath or shower. The pool deck has ample space for sunbathing , sun beds,
parasol, with a swimming pool of 16X 24 feet in dimensions.
