The location of the property is right on the seafront promenade of sliema, facing valletta and manoel island ,making shopping easy for buying daily necessities are near by, and for those who want to eat out, some of Malta's best restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. A bus stop for getting around or to Valletta (Malta's Capital City) is across the road. A trip to Valletta takes ten to fifteen minutes.
A passenger lift serves all floors, as well as the sun-deck at the roof top, where guests are invited to sun-bathe and enjoy the panoramic views.
Use of Swimming pool: There is a Lido pool nearby, and can make use of the facilities all day. No charge for entry or Sunbeds. There are 2 seawater swimming pools, kiddies pool, 250 sun-beds with mattresses, 2 bars, showers and toilets. There is also a Water Sports centre with the following facilities: Para kiting, Jet Skis, Banana rides, Canoes, Boat Trips and Scuba Diving/Lessons- You will also find Charters, Day Charters, Sailing Yachts and Cabin Cruisers.
Alternatively, the rocky beaches are within walking distance and the sandy ones are on the bus route, just outside the apartment block.
