Description: This private owned property offers 2 Self catering tourist holiday apartment units in Mellieha Malta sharing a lovely enormous swimming pool and deck.
1 Apartment has 2 bedrooms for 4 persons (Ref062) and the other apartment has 1 bedroom for 2 persons (Ref061)
The swimming pool is absolutely
lovely , large in size , with a splash pool and distant sea and country views.
The apartment units are on the ground floor each with their respective kitchen,
living room, and dining area. There is a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom
apartment and can be booked together if required or separately (subject to
availability). The apartment unit has a living room modernly furnished with
sofa-armchairs coffee table, a dining area and table seating up to 4 persons .
The kitchen is equipped for private self catering. Dining by the pool is also
possible and use of a BBQ is also available on request to the caretaker on site
who will provide you with one. The bedrooms are as follows. The master bedroom
has a double bed with wardrobe unit and side bed lighting, whilst the other
bedroom has 2 single beds. Max accommodation is for 4 persons.
There is a modernly finished bathroom with bath and shower. If you are looking
for private holiday rental accommodation in Malta, this apartment is ideally
located in an exclusive residential part of Mellieha. Its a relatively tranquil
area and very ideal for tourist accommodation in malta. There are also several
pretty sandy beaches in the area like Golden sands beach, Ghajn Tuffieha beach,
and Mellieha bay beach. Getting to all amenities is within 5 to 10 minutes by
car.
Although you can walk to a supermarket in about 15 minutes or so, we do
recommend you hire/rent a car which can be delivered to the house.
Please arrange transport with us so that coordinating your arriving flight
and getting to the apartment is arranged easily. Should you require car hire
please let us know.
