Description: This lovely property has 2 apartments that can be rented together or separately subject to availability. There is a fantastic swimming pool with lots of space around the pool deck complemented by exotic sea views. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well as the maltese Mediterranean sun.

Accommodation is comfortable and furnished with modern furnishing and interior decor. Should you be looking for accommodation in malta in an apartment with sharing swimming pool, then this property is a fantastic choice for a family holiday in malta.
An important note is that the Caretaker of property lives on ground and second floor in separate part of the property which overlooks the pool area. The caretaker will only see to the pool and any relative issues you may have on the spot when he/she is there at the property
On entering apartment ref 51, the entrance is through the driveway which is a downward slope and can also be accessed with a car on arrival only. Elderly or infirm may find the slope a little uncomfortable, so if this is the case, you can ask the permission of the caretaker to allow entrance through the separate main building entrance that the caretaker uses for more comfort. Once in the pool area access to apartment 1 leads directly on to the living room, which has an open plan kitchen fully equipped for self catering accommodation. There is a TV and stereo , coffee table , sofas and dining table. Through a hallway, there are 2 bedrooms, one which has 3 single beds and another that has a double bed sleeping 5 persons comfortably.
There is a large air-conditioned unit that can be OPTIONALLY used against extra payment for daily use. Payment for AC can be paid in advance or on site when required. The unit usually cools the whole apartment. Bedrooms are also equipped with extra fans if required.
