Description: This is a lovely
private owned terraced house, and in an excellent area being offered for weekly
stays or more or those seeking a holiday in Malta or holiday home on a self
catering basis. The location is Pembroke, a local village that was initially
built by the British during the war ,now developed further by the Maltese. The
location is within close proximity to the seaside whereby you can actually walk
from the property. From the property one can also walk down towards St Georges
bay in approximately 15 minutes or so. In St Georges Bay you will find a popular
sandy beach, some restaurants, coffee shops and all other amenities in the bay
street shopping complex.
The property is privately owned and bookings are accepted on request by
application in advance.
NB This property will not accept young teenagers looking for a party holiday -
Although the property is airconditioned, meter readings will be monitored and
any excessive or careless usage will be subject to extra charges on demand at
the legal rate per unit consumed.
The property consists of its own private entrance , hallway, sitting room with parquet and air conditioning, dining room, large back kitchen. The main bedroom has air conditioner and a small TV installed.
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms, one of which has air-conditioning , a bathroom with bath . as well as a washroom with washing machine and roof top terrace.
