apartments in a highly saught after residential area of
Malta, called Swieqi (aka
"sweeky") which is in the town of Saint Julians (St
Julians Malta) . The area is relativelly peacefull and
just 10 minutes walk toward the seaside beach resort of St
Georges Bay. All amenities , restaurants, coffee shops,
casinos, banks and stores are just 10 to 15 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the 1st floor ( one floor above ground
level) and has a large terrace for sunbating or relaxing in
the mediterranean shade or sunshine (weather permitting-
which is relativelly the norm for Maltas excellent mild
weather conditions throughout the year) On entrance
you have a spacious living room combined with dining area,
fully equipped for maximum comfort. There is a Sofa,
armchairs, TV, WIFI INTERNET connection, mini sterio/radio/cd
player, DVD, Cable TV connection etc. The hallway
would leads to a fully equipped kitchen equipped with all
you need to cater yourselves (self catering accommodation ).
There are 3 bedrooms offering accommodation for up to 8
persons- of which 2 persons may use 2 bunk beds. 2 of the
bedrooms each have bathroom ensuite with shower, wash basin,
and WC. One of the bedrooms has a window leading to a back
garden This privately owned apartment has creates a
wonderfull holiday home away from home . There is a warm and
relaxing atmosphere throughout. We would like you to enjoy
