Farmhouses in Gozo and Houses of Character in Malta are typically found in the older villages of the Maltese Islands.  A farmhouse is a property that has been built hundreds of years ago and usually include traditional features such as archways, flagstones, high ceiling, cellars, central courtyards which in most cases have been modernised to include a pool and outdoor space.
