How to get there

This lovely penthouse has a very large outside terrace with BBQ and enchanting sea views. It is located right in front of the sea and promenade in St Paul's Bay. The penthouse is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments (penthouse, and 2-bedrooms flats), served with lift, that enjoys the reflections in the sea of the lights of opposite Xemxija coast. The apartment has 3 terraces. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m, overlooks the bay and is ideal to sunbathe, have breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. It is furnished with garden furniture and a gas BBQ set. The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces Southeast. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry away from our hot sun and rarely rain. This new penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. In this room, there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate another couple as they can easily be turned into a double bed with a normal mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment also has a fully automatic washing machine. Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge. All doors and windows have screens to keep out insects, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries. Towels and bed sheets are also provided.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA & ATTRACTIONS NEARBY

St Paul's Bay and its neighbours Bugibba and Qawra are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. They offer accommodation ranging from self-catering apartments to hotel complexes and a variety of nightlife and leisure options. The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle St Paul is said to have been wrecked. Standing prominently on the isle is a large statue of the Apostle St Paul commemorating this legendary event. The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and easy walk from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra Point, with its tower and views over Salina Bay. St Paul's Bay started life as a small fishing village. The parish church, built in 1617, was carefully restored after suffering heavy damage in World War II. Nearby is the Wignacourt Tower built in 1610 during the reign of Grand Master Alof de Wignacourt. It served as Malta's northern-most defensive outpost until fort St. Agatha was built in Mellieha in 1649. Today, it houses a small museum dedicated to Malta's rich military-architectural heritage. St Paul's Bay is Malta's largest popular summer resort and can be divided into four areas- XEMXIJA - a quieter sunny area on the SE-facing side of St Paul's Bay, spread along the uphill road to Mellieha. THE OLD TOWN - mainly residential with little tourist accommodation or amenities. There is still an old and picturesque little fishing harbour. BUGIBBA - highly built-up area chock-a-block with mainly tourist class hotels and apartment blocks. Supporting shops, bars, cafes and amenities mostly sprawl along the unsophisticated seafront promenade. QAWRA - a newer tourist area spreading from the Salina Bay coast to meet up with Bugibba. Again, highly built-up and with its somewhat smarter shops and amenities mostly along the seafront.

SERVICES PAYABLE ON SITE
Weekly Price of the property utilities is INCLUDED with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person p/week, electricity 100kWh per apartment p/week, 1 gas bottle per apartment p/week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra at a rate of €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity.
SECURITY/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
A Refundable Security/Breakages Deposit of EUR 150 payable to Owner/Caretaker upon Arrival. For large groups with guests under the age of 25 an additional security deposit of EUR 50 per person may be requested at the Owner/Caretaker's discretion.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION
Payable on arrival/check in. An environmental contribution of EUR 0.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands.
