How to get there

A lovely and elegant three bedroom direct sea view apartment located in the best area of Sliema, Malta. One minute walk to the promenade, public garden/playground and the bust stop. A bus stop, rocky beaches and seafront restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment block is very near to Tigne shopping center and the Sliema shopping district. The apartment is on the third floor and is accessible via lift or stairway. The apartment enjoys a spacious living area is equipped with several armchairs and sofas enjoying a TV and fantastic direct sea views which may also be enjoyed from the external terrace and the internal balcony. There are two other terraces adjacent to the double bedrooms. The three bedrooms may accommodate four persons and one child in the third bedroom, One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and the 3rd bedroom with one single bed ideal for a child. The two main bedrooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard and both enjoy sea views. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite which is equipped with a bathroom and shower. There is also a second bathroom with a bath and another small guest WC with washbasin near the kitchen area. The open plan living/dining area enjoys a good size dining table that seats 6 persons and leads on to the fully equipped kitchen with double oven, cooker, fridge, freezer and all the necessities for a self catering holiday in Malta.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA & ATTRACTIONS NEARBY

The area of this apartment rental is located in a prime and upmarket seaside resort area of Malta. Sliema, St Julians and Valletta are amongst the most sought after areas, known locally for shopping, entertainment, history and activities available in the area. The seaside promenade of Tower Road via Qui Si Sana and Tigne lead towards the Strand and Valletta to one side and links to St Julians on the other side. Here you will find some fantastic views walking along this promenade with an abundance of restaurants by the sea as well as beach clubs, many of which have been highly modernized. There are several choices of where to swim along this promenade mostly along the Triq It-Torri and Qui Si Sana. This is a great place to spend your holidays in Malta as you have all amenities and easy access to public transport. You could also take the small day cruise lines to view more of the islands or even just cross over to Valletta from Sliema. Valletta is just a short drive away or 10 minute bus ride and is well know for fantastic historic attractions including museums and churches, especially those from the time of the legendary Knights of St John. The location is ideal for single travellers, couples, families or business traelllers. Numerous ATM machines are available in this area.

A complimentary welcome pack of milk, butter, water eggs coffee, tea and some wine is provided by the owners on guests arrival. Extrenal Dining Table - Two small coffee tables are availble on each balcony where 2 persons in each balcony can enjoy the sun and lovely views. There are another two internal terraces with sea views that have a larger casual table for enjoying the views from the inside of the apartment.

PAY PER USE SERVICES
An electricity card meter is planned to be installed imminently. This is to safeguard excessive use of electricity consumption. Each card is approximately EUR 25 per card and can last a week if used normally. However if all the air conditioning units are on for extensive hours this may be consumed earlier.
SECURITY/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT
A refundable securit/breakages deposit of EUR 300 may be required on check in at the owner/caretakers discretion. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property clean prior to check out.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTRIBUTION
Payable on arrival/check in. An environmental contribution of EUR 0.50 per person per night, capped at a maximum of EUR 5.00 for each continuous stay. This contribution is payable by local and foreign guests from the age of 18 and over and applies to all types of accommodation on the Maltese Islands as from the 1st June 2016.
